Requirements to Be Considered Qualified:
5+ years of technical leadership or senior engineering experience, ideally in a startup or early-stage tech company

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Requirements to Be Considered Qualified:
5+ years of experience in financial strategy, modeling, or operations — preferably in fintech, lending, or automotive sectors
Startup, venture-backed, or high-growth environment experience is required
Knowledge of auto lending, asset-backed loans, and state/federal compliance
Strong grasp of fundraising, investor relations, and cap table management
Ability to design and lead loan product development and revenue strategies
Excellent analytical, forecasting, and risk assessment skills
Willingness to work equity-first with future salary post-funding
Strategic Advisor / Fractional CEO
Requirements to Be Considered Qualified:
Startup founder, investor, or senior-level advisor experience with successful pre-seed / seed fundraising track record
Strong storytelling and pitch skills — ability to translate vision into investor-friendly narratives
Familiarity with VC, angel investor networks, and capital raising strategies
Preferred experience in fintech, automotive, mobility, or sustainability sectors
Ability to work closely with the founders on fundraising, strategy, and high-level partnerships
Comfortable advising a lean, impact-driven team with equity/advisory compensation
