These terms cover the website, free audits, the live business check and the Pilot Program. Full subscription terms will be published before paid plans start.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Revura and to request an audit, demo or pilot. Don't misuse it: no automated scraping, spam submissions, or attempts to disrupt the service.
2. Free Reputation Audit and live check
Audits and the live "Check your business" tool are provided free and "as is" for information only. They're based on publicly available data from Google and AI analysis, which may be incomplete or imperfect. Any revenue estimates on this site are illustrative, based on published research, and are not a guarantee of results.
3. Pilot Program
- The pilot is free for its stated length (typically 2 weeks). You're not charged unless you choose to subscribe afterwards.
- If you subscribe after the pilot, the list price shown when you started the pilot stays fixed for 12 months of continuous subscription.
- Reply promise: every new Google review your locations receive during the pilot gets a ready-to-post reply from us within 24 hours. If we miss that for more than 1 in 10 reviews, your first paid month is free.
- The pilot needs no access to your Google account: we read your public reviews and send replies for you to post. If you choose, you may add our account as a Manager on your Google Business Profile so we post replies for you, only after you approve each one. You can remove our access at any time.
- Any deposit you choose to pay to reserve launch pricing is fully refundable on request before your first invoice, and otherwise adjusted against your first invoice.
4. Fair use of reviews
Revura must not be used to create fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, selectively ask only happy customers for reviews ("review gating"), or otherwise breach Google's policies or consumer-protection law. We may refuse or end service for such use.
5. Your Google account
When the product launches, you connect your Google Business Profile through Google's official sign-in. You can revoke access at any time. Replies are posted only after you approve them, and you're responsible for content you approve.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Revura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for the free website, audits and pilot is limited to ₹5,000 (or US$60).
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
